We had a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with Antonio and Andrea going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Upon our late-night arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing cocktail, setting the tone for our stay. The room was beautifully clean and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such as a free minibar and snacks delivered throughout our stay. Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers easy access to key areas in Rome such as the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful tips on getting to tourist attractions and even helping guests book tickets online. the rooms are tastefully furnished and comfortable, with luxurious amenities such as bath robes and slippers. the bathroom is clean and stylish, and the hotel offers great service including room service.
The breakfast provided in the room could use improvement, with some guests finding it to be dry and tasteless.

The location of this hotel was great, right in the center of the city, very close to popular attractions. the staff was also very friendly and welcoming, offering us coffee upon arrival. Plus, the room we stayed in had a beautiful decor that made us feel at home.
the breakfast, although included, was not very delicious and left a lot to be desired.
